All returns must have prior authorization and an RMA number accompanying all paperwork.
Goods must be returned in new condition and in original cartons.
They must be returned via prepaid freight only and are subject to inspection before any return is final. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Special Order products are not returnable.
Shipping Policies
All items are shipping FOB Langely, BC or Etobicoke, ON.
